Research and Training Department is engaged in research work to get findings of areas where new ventures have to be planned and implemented for integrated development.
The department organizes workshops, training programmes and essential surveys for the purpose. The relevant tools are framed for the same. This department monitors the social work students and others to gain exposure and experience in the block placement field work programme and also helps students to organize community programmes. It also coordinates observation visits for students. It works well in collaboration with other departments and social networking. R&T Department takes initiation to conduct Important National and International Day Observance to transfer the theme spirit to the people through Awareness Classes, Flash mobs, Rally and various cultural programmes.
