Administration

AVARD adhers to its well administered policies organized by its Governing Bodies Trustee Board & Director Board. It is bound to follow the Vision, Mission & Objectives of the Organization to statue its efforts in the heart of the people. The chief functioning of the Organization is framed by its Executive Committee administered by the President and executed in effect by the Executive Director. The Accounts Department puts every effort to carry ahead its speckled time bounded professional service through its various Departments. The Project Officer coordinates the activities of these Departments where each Department has a Team Leader and supporting Coordinators.

The Accounts Department functioning under the Administration Department gains much significance as the existence of any organization depends upon the well planned utilization of Funds. A proficient team headed by the Chief Accountant monitors the day today fund flow and keeps record of every transaction and timely reports it to the authorities.

The functioning of the Organization is being evaluated in the AVARD Team Meeting (ATM) commencing in the first week of every month where every staff presents their monthly activities and future plan. Suggestions and assessment for betterment of services are recommended in the meeting. Weekly and monthly Participatory & Monitoring Evaluation (PME) is held likewise with respected authorities.

Documentation

Well planned and systematical documentation helps the agency to run smoothly. As part of publicity programmes SARGA MEET Supplement was published. Apart from this, after each programme the news is given to leading Newspapers and channels regularly. Documents, Photos and Videos of each department are filed orderly both in soft and hard copies.

The department also prepares Invitations, Programme agendas, Attendance sheets, Power point presentations, Notices, Flex boards, Leaflets etc. All the files and registers are updated systematically and monthly news published in Irinjalakuda Diocese Bulletin & Kerala Sabha.
